Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

BRUCE FRANCOIS reserves the right to assume, at its sole expense, the exclusive defense, and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with BRUCE FRANCOIS in asserting any available defenses.

BRUCE FRANCOIS HEREBY DISCLAIMS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (I) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (II) CONTINUOUS OPERATION; (III) NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND/OR QUIET ENJOYMENT; (IV) AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE; (V) LACK OF VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES, OR OTHER CODE THAT MANIFESTS CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES; AND (VI) ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, CURRENCY, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE; AND (B) ANY DUTIES OF REASONABLE CARE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT OR LACK OF NEGLIGENCE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE, APPLICATIONS, OR RELATED INFORMATION. SECTION 14 - DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. No matter where your physical location, you agree that you have entered into this agreement in the State of Florida. This Agreement shall be governed by those laws of the State of Florida applicable to contracts entered into and performed entirely within the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms of Use, the Site’s Privacy Policy or the use of the Site shall be litigated or otherwise heard in the appropriate forum in Orlando, Florida. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, to the extent that BRUCE FRANCOIS believes that you have violated BRUCE FRANCOIS's intellectual property rights, BRUCE FRANCOIS may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any federal or state court located in Orlando, Florida without having to submit the matter to mediation/arbitration as stated above, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

SECTION 15 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use, as they may be amended or changed by BRUCE FRANCOIS from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and BRUCE FRANCOIS. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. BRUCE FRANCOIS's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision and does not waive BRUCE FRANCOIS's right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.  The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import. BRUCE FRANCOIS reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use at any time upon notice to end users, which notice shall be deemed given upon posting of changes. If you don't agree to these changes, you must stop using the Site.
